About us

Hopefully you are reading this because you are curious as to what the Triangle Players is all about and share our enthusiasm for amateur dramatics. Please view our website www.triangleplayers.co.uk for more info about our previous productions – you may be familiar with some of them. The Triangle Players are looking for new members to join a very friendly group. Our thespian calendar includes two plays and a pantomime along with many summer social activities. You don’t have to act to be a member of the group either. We also welcome new members to our back stage crew for set building and painting, lighting, stage management etc, although we wouldn’t say no to new acting talent; in fact we would welcome you with open arms! We are in the throes of rehearsals for our forthcoming play – Off the Rails, a comedy by John Waterhouse. Performances for this play will be at 7.45 pm on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th April in the Main Hall behind the Methodist Church in School Road, Tilehurst, (opposite the Co-op). If you come by car, there is a car park in Recreation Road just behind the Co-op! So, if you live in Tilehurst or in the Reading area and would like to find out more, please send an e-mail to the address below or phone our Publicity Officer - Graham Stacey on 0118 9866910. Alternatively, we meet on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7.30 to 10 pm at the same venue if you just want to come along and see for yourself, or come and see the play instead and make yourself known to us after the performance. We look forward to seeing you. Email:
