Previous productions

Teechers, on tour February to March 2008
Much Ado About Nothing, on tour July to August 2007
Aesop's Fables, on tour November 2006 to January 2007. See the reviews here.
Evening of Entertainment, 29th September 2006
Canterbury Tales, on tour August and September 2006. Review from Oxford Daily Info: "an accessible and staggering performance... this young, experimental and passionate cast, beaming its neon lights in Oxford's otherwise drab theatrical darkness, won my appreciation without a qualm... I foresee a great future for the theatre company".

About us

Abingdon Touring Theatre is a new Oxfordshire-based theatre company set up with three main purposes:

  • To give touring experience to talented gap year students hoping to work in the theatre
  • To help schools develop English and Drama programmes through performances and workshops
  • To raise the profile of theatre in rural communities
